The Education Center's purpose is to provide specialized training for those entering the caregiver and nursing assistant professions, as well as family members who have assumed that responsibilities of providing care for a loved one. Caregiver certification and continuing education classes, CPR, and HIV/AIDS training for healthcare professionals are also available.

     The Fundamentals of Caregiving certification curriculum is sponsored b Washington State Department of Social and Health Services for caregivers working in the following settings: adult family homes, state-licensed boarding homes, assisted living, and private homes.
